01 Using Stilva

Anyone is welcome to shop with Stilva. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

02 Products & pricing

Prices are shown in the currency you select from the country/region selector at the top of the site. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel. Currency conversions are based on current exchange rates, and the final amount charged may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

03 Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

04 Promotions & discounts

Promotional offers (such as "Buy 1, Get 1 50% off") are subject to availability, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Discounts apply to eligible items only.

05 Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Stilva and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission.

08 Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
